today i got asked last minute to speak at a mtg, scary. i thought i was picking something noncontentious to read but again, CANNOT seem to avoid bringing controversy.... it went really well, though.
sometimes it feels weird that my thoughts and feelings have so little impact on what is actually happening, and how much isn't up to me. it's one of those things where i have to smack my head up against a wall a hundred times before i even realize it. it's refreshing to want to let go of the microcosm and to not want to be some fancy important person. sometimes...
